3 Account Management

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account credentials (email and password) secure on 44vip3. Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with other platforms is strongly recommended.

4 Betting Rules

Bets on 44vip3 are binding at the moment the user confirms them. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified, except where the Cash Out feature is available and the user chooses to use it before the final result.

Odds: All odds displayed on the platform include 44vip3's operational margin. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied are always those shown at the exact moment the user confirms the bet.

Live betting: During live events, markets may be temporarily suspended while odds are updated. Bets submitted while a market is suspended may be declined or accepted at the new odds, depending on the acceptance settings selected by the user.

• Bet results: Results are settled based on official data provided by the leagues, federations, and organizations responsible for each competition.
• Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned to the account balance. If the event is postponed, bets remain valid for the new date, provided it falls within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Odds errors: If obvious errors are identified in published odds — for example, odds significantly above market value due to a technical fault — 44vip3 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes.
• Parlay bets: In a parlay bet, if any selection is voided, that selection's odds are counted as 1.00 in the final payout calculation.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available on eligible markets and allows you to close a bet before the final result. The value offered for Cash Out is calculated based on current odds and may be lower than the original stake. Cash Out is not available on all markets or at all times.

5 Live Casino & Electronic Games

The 44vip3 offers live casino and electronic casino games provided by internationally certified suppliers. Each game has its own rules, RTP (return to player), and betting limits, displayed in the game interface before each round begins.

Live games – including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker, and game shows – are streamed in real time from physical studios with human dealers. The outcome of each round is determined physically (by the ball landing on the roulette wheel, by the cards dealt in blackjack, etc.), with no software interference in determining the result.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

The 44vip3 accepts only payment methods linked to holders with a CPF registered on the platform. Third-party payments and transactions from bank accounts or digital wallets held in another person's name are not accepted.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account balance for use in betting and games. The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. Deposits made by boleto bancário may take up to 1 business day to clear. There are no deposit fees at 44vip3.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes on average. For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, 44vip3 may request additional identity verification, with a review period of up to 24 business hours. There are no withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method used for the deposit, and always to an account held in the name of the 44vip3 account holder.
• 44vip3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

• Withdrawals related to winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements described in the Bonuses section.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

The 44vip3 offers periodic bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. Each bonus comes with specific eligibility conditions, an expiry date, and rollover requirements that must be met before the bonus credit can be converted into real funds and withdrawn.

Welcome bonus: Available to new users on their first deposit only. Cannot be combined with other welcome bonuses. The maximum bonus amount is R$ 500.00, subject to the specific conditions of the promotion active at the time of deposit.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Changes to the Terms
